 Must have minimum 2-8 years of experience in Remote Desktop Support


 Over 2 years of experience in advanced desktop and POS device support. 
 Proven ability to work independently and as a team.
 Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
 Excellent verbal communications skills.
 Good written communications skills.
 Expertise in POS software, applications and desktop operating systems.
 Expertise in network problem solving, hardware diagnosis of desktops and POS touchscreen terminals, tablets, printers and all other POS peripherals.
 Excellent wireless network setup and troubleshooting skills.
 Willingness to work after hours during rollout and implementation.
 Demonstrate ability to resolve complex support issues.
 Demonstrate ability for problem solving and escalation management.
 Excellent customer interaction and handling skills.
 Ability to solve a range of common issues by leveraging knowledge and resources.
 Experience in information and network security.
 Understand in scope products, networking, consumer desktop and experience working with corporate users.
 Experience in remote computer diagnostics and repair leveraging remote control tools. (i.e. LogMeIn and Aloha CMC).
 Experience in troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10.
 Understanding of Registry, Event Viewer, Internet Explorer, administrative tools and software.
